Ukko came to visit San Francisco. On the first day we had lunch then i
took him to the Buena Vista to have the best Irish Coffee ever! He was a
lot skinnier than i thought a galka would be I thought maybe there was a
famine in Bastok but i didn't say nothen.
Celest took us to lunch at a Japanese Restaurant. Strike a pose Ukko!
Strike it! The food was delicious.
Next we went into a Japanese bookstore where we saw this ... and Celest
just had to pose with it ... its a DVD about Cat Girl KAMI! Well not
really but you get the idea.
So lovely :D
The next day we drove down to Cupertino to meet Celest. We rode in her
car all day it was super! Celest drives like a fighter pilot. Here is the
view from the cockpit of the Nightshade Interceptor.
Next it's time to shop for some Japanese snacks!
In addition to filling you up Japanese snacks have additional effect:
uncontrollable smiling.
Here i was attempting to snap a shot of a cute butt but she stood up just
in time! Bah!
It was getting close to dinner time and Shin was going to drive down from
San Francisco to meet us for dinner so we went to a Bubble Tea shop to
chill. This place is a superb joint to hang out!
Jast look at that crazy selection of tea!
For dinner we went to a chinese dumpling place the food was incredible.
They had these ribs where the meat just melts in your mouth. By the way
Shin was late to dinner because of Assault! >:o
Dinner was so much fun we stayed till everyone left. (lol can you tel?)
Then Friday came along and I got a call from Ukko and Celest that it was
time to play, so I handed everything to my assistant and skipped out for
the day, and the adventure continues!
We went for lunch at the Malysian and Singapore restaurant and we had
tasty salmon baked in a leaf and curry and special flat bread and also
tasty beef stewed in coconut.
After lunch we went to the Metreon and watched Beowulf it was a lofls movie.
We also tried on some ninja uniforms and saw some cool stuff.
After the movie we crossed the street to a mall and here you can see Ukko
checking our forums ... on his freaking phone! Now you know how he is
always up to date on whats going on and how he keeps up that ridiculous
post count.
He don't waste a minute this one!
We have delicious cream puffs from Beard Papa for a night snack. These
delightful pastries are so indescribably good, it's like they were made
by tarutaru.
Despite my relentless coaxing, Ukko refuses to listen to my art direction
for this shot, which is to bite into the cream puff with extreme force and
get cream all over his mouth. I thought that would have made a super
picture, and you can tell Celest did too.
We were enjoying our night snack when Celest starts laughing hysterically
after snapping a picture. And here it is!

After that we went back to Celest's place to get our car and drove home.
Celest knows how mutch I like to doodle so she gave me her tablet! omfg
raaaahhh! A real celest artifact in my hands this is almost too much for
tarutaru to take.
This is like getting the sword of Sephiroth!
I tried it out as soon as I could and the results of mouse vs tablet are
obvious! I call this Study of Ukko Eating Bun.
I like it a lot and I got it it's own holster and that's where it lives now.
After this the weekend was over and it was back to work.
